Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Streev account (developer: Milad Lotfi) and everything stored with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open Streev and go to the Me tab.
- Tap the settings icon in the top right.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.
Your account and data are removed straight away — there is no waiting period and no need to contact us.
Or ask us to do it
If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (email address, and any Apple or Google sign-in link).
- Your profile: display name, username, avatar, followers and the people you follow.
- All of your habits, daily logs, streaks, freezes and groups.
- Challenges you joined, your check-ins, achievements and medals.
- Invitations, cheers and inbox messages you sent or received.
- Your notification settings and push tokens.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups. Deleted records can persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.
- Shared habits and challenges. Activity you contributed to a habit or challenge you shared with someone else stays visible to that person as their own record, with your name removed.
- Diagnostics. Anonymous, aggregated crash and performance data that is not linked to your identity is retained for up to 90 days.
- Purchases. Records that we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting are retained for as long as the law requires. These contain no habit data.
Deleting your Streev account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel that separately in the Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
